Our client aims to enhance their team by recruiting a skilled Quality Auditor responsible for overseeing and advancing all quality and internal audit procedures for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC Packaging V6 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute internal audits in accordance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and BRC V6 standards.
  • Lead the internal audit team to ensure timely completion of all audits.
  • Ensure prompt execution of all audit-related actions.
  • Oversee internal calibration processes.
  • Engage in the HACCP program, including conducting risk assessments related to food safety.
  • Maintain and update the site database of company documents and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Revise and transfer existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into a newly agreed format, seek necessary approvals, and publish.
  • Gather, analyze, and present data regarding the company’s quality systems.
  • Prepare reports, summarize findings, and propose solutions for issues identified during audits or investigations.
  • Provide management with feedback on potential improvements based on audit findings.
  • Design and manage documentation for briefings and associated sign-off sheets, ensuring relevant training records are updated.
  • Handle the administration of customer complaints within specified deadlines.
  • Develop, standardize, and coordinate all factory SOPs as required.
  • Review and manage the action plan within the WCP portal, including inputting and updating actions as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential knowledge of internal auditing practices, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
  • Familiarity with BRC v6 and experience as a lead auditor is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
