LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a well-established organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with business areas, providing strategic and operational support and advice to drive informed decision-making. You will perform complex financial analysis, including trend analysis and financial modeling, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and business improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Providing financial governance and management of change initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Developing and implementing financial controls and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract and program status.
  • Forecasting accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, budget projections, and expense projections to ensure business needs are met.
  • Developing and implementing process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other stakeholders.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience within FP&A / finance business partnering
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent Excel and analysis skills
