Job Title: Interim Finance Business Partner

Finatal is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making for a fast-growing, multi-site retail business.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders, providing financial guidance and analysis to support business decisions across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include financial forecasting and budgeting, performance analysis, operational support, KPI tracking, cost control and efficiency, and financial reporting.

Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, ideally within a multi-site or high-growth business
  • Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in private equity-backed environments is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial management software or ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying business improvements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively
