As a key member of Lindum's Legal department, you will play a vital role in preparing and issuing sub-contract documentation to our supply chain. Your administrative expertise will be essential in providing support to our legal advisors, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and engross sub-contracts and related documentation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Produce timely reports on the status of sub-contract documentation, ensuring our supply chain is informed and up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate project trackers and logs, guaranteeing seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Liaise with Lindum's supply chain to ensure timely document returns, fostering strong relationships and efficient workflows.
  • Manage and sort departmental post, ensuring all correspondence is handled promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients, addressing queries and concerns with courtesy and expertise.
  • Compose and process covering letters and correspondence as required, maintaining a professional tone and standard.
  • Filing, organizing, redacting, and scanning legal documents with precision and confidentiality.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required, commensurate with your role and the needs of the department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
  • A professional and courteous approach to work, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external colleagues.
  • Previous experience working within a Legal department is highly desirable.
