Sub-Contract Administrator

As a key member of Lindum\u2019s Legal department, you will play a vital role in preparing and issuing sub-contract documentation to our supply chain. This is a dynamic and supportive team environment where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Process and engross sub-contracts and related documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Produce regular reports on the status of sub-contract documentation to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain up-to-date project trackers and logs to ensure seamless communication with the supply chain.
- Liaise with Lindum\u2019s supply chain to ensure prompt return of documents and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage and sort departmental post to ensure efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to queries from colleagues, customers, and clients.
- Write and process covering letters and other correspondence as required.
- Filing, organizing, redacting, and scanning legal documents to ensure secure and compliant storage.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
- A professional and courteous approach to work.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues.
