We are seeking a skilled Grader for Diabetic Retinopathy Images to join our close-knit team within the central grading team. As a Grader, you will be responsible for grading images captured in the screening clinics for diabetic retinopathy.

This is a home-based, full-time role with occasional travel to our Worcester office. You will work largely unsupervised and be expected to work to strict criteria in alignment with local and national protocols.

We require a Grader with previous experience in diabetic eye screening and grading, as well as a good eye for detail. You will be working with a team to deliver an exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grade images captured in the screening clinics for diabetic retinopathy.
  • Work to strict criteria in alignment with local and national protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional service to our patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely grading of images.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of Level 3 Health Screening Diploma.
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • At least two years' experience working as a Screener Grader within a Diabetes Eye Screening Programme.
  • Previous experience grading fundus images for diabetic retinopathy.
  • Ability to fully comply with current and future policies and protocols following a training period.
