As a Recovery Driver with The AA, you'll be the first point of contact for our members in need of assistance. You'll be the calm and reassuring presence who helps them feel safe and taken care of, even in the most challenging situations.
What You'll Do- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve breakdowns and recover vehicles.
- Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot and fix issues, ensuring our members get back on the road quickly and safely.
- A full driving category C license (HGV 2) and ideally a CE (HGV 1) license.
- A Driver CPC qualification and a digital drivers/tachograph card.
- The ability to adapt to new technology and work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
