About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Oak Springs Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Support residents with their emotional and social needs, including companionship and conversation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive a high standard of care
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
