About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled TUPE and Change Lead to join our HR Shared Services team at Aramark UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing UK-wide TUPE and business change projects, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all change activity, liaising with sector HR leads and informing them of upcoming TUPE activity.
  • Project manage end-to-end TUPE and change activity, including all administration, to ensure timely completion and adherence to agreed standards.
  • Manage all ongoing consultation process paperwork to conclusion, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Produce and report metrics to inform decision-making, demonstrate success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize software tools effectively to project manage all TUPE workstreams and change programmes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across the business to deliver on TUPE and change projects, mitigating risks and escalating where necessary.
  • Partner, coach, and guide the business on appropriate restructuring processes, supporting with writing business cases.
  • Complete all final checks to ensure any changes to structures, systems, and terms and conditions have been implemented in a timely manner, escalating where required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated TUPE and change experience, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Experience of managing change programmes and restructuring processes, with a strong understanding of legal compliance.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified to level 5, but not essential.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
