Job Title: Nursery Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nursery Support Worker to join our team at Tops Portsmouth Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 care to children, supporting their individual educational plans, and working closely with our Room Manager and external professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 care to children, supporting their individual educational plans
  • Work closely with the Room Manager and external professionals to ensure the child's needs are met
  • Write and update the Individual Education Plan (IEP) and liaise with relevant representatives
  • Keep colleagues informed of the child's progress and disclose relevant updates
  • Work with the behaviour management, equal opportunities, and SEN representative to ensure the child's needs are met

Requirements:
