Job Summary

We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Airport and Train Stations Operations Intern to join our Global Airports Team at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey. This role will involve assisting the team in guiding and supporting our airport and train station locations across Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze data to compile reports and provide insights to the team.
  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and travel schedule management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of internal systems and processes.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for the Airport and Train Station Team.
  • Support vendor invoicing and communications, and liaise with internal departments to develop supporting materials.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis, and identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
  • Must be a current university student looking to undertake a placement year (any discipline).
  • A fast learner with a 'can do' attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy in written work, and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask, and strong relationship building qualities and innovative mindset.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Additional Information
  • Hours: 40 per week.
  • Salary: £20,000 per annum.
  • Duration: The internship will run from Summer 2025 for 12 months.
  • Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on-site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station).
