About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead our architectural design and development of complex software systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving decision-making processes and translating them into highly technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design and development of complex software systems
  • Develop and implement transformational delivery solutions to drive business growth and digital transformation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams
  • Document technical and data architecture of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage technical risks and ensure compliance with architecture strategy and policies
  • Line manage and develop Solutions Architects and administrative support staff
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of line management experience, managing 3-5 reportees
  • 2+ years of experience in solution architecture or similar roles, with significant exposure to architecture documentation standards
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages, including Java and Python
  • Experience designing and building financial systems
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture modeling tools
  • IT software-related qualifications and systems analysis
