Job Summary:

Invictus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team at a large commercial facility in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems in various areas of the building, including offices, canteens, and packaging and shipment rooms.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively to maintain a comfortable working environment.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to identify and implement energy-saving solutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to detect potential issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
