We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As the face of Ed's Easy Diner, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and inviting experience from arrival to departure.
  • Manage table service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments with efficiency and a smile.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks with ease.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, including weekends and occasional evenings.
