About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our business, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every visit is a memorable one. You'll work closely with our colleagues to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drink, and handling customer queries and complaints.
