Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team in the EUAU region. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand planning strategies to meet our sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand plans for distributor markets in Northern Europe, ensuring alignment with our sales and service objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of demand plans, including supply chain, sales, and marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and seasonality to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Lead demand reviews, challenging sales forecast assumptions and communicating supply issues to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to ensure accurate forecasting and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related field, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
