**The Role**
Greetings, brave Planeswalker We’re looking for a UK-based Operations Flow Planner to join a fast-moving, growing, and vibrant Wizards of the Coast team.

**DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS WIZARD**
Critical Planning Activities
- Monitor and sustain the Product Tracker file, ensuring the timely supply of products to our EMEA distribution centres. Highlight any product arrival risks to management and Ops team, particularly ahead of an upcoming launch.
- Ongoing maintenance of the Critical Path Planner, a milestone report that details tasks that need to be completed ahead of every launch. Communicating with EMEA colleagues responsible for those tasks on a weekly basis, ensuring any roadblocks to success are overcome.
Inventory Management

- Ensure monthly inbound / outbound reporting for all EMEA distribution centers. This provides DCs with visibility of product arrival dates, as well as forecasted customer shipment dates. This will facilitate good DC inventory management.
- Be reactive to significant changes in market demand and sales forecasting changes, ensuring demand requirements are met and inventory is balanced across all EMEA distribution centers, keeping out-of-stocks to a minimum.
Additional Operational activities
- Responsibility for the point of sale (POS) process within EMEA, ensuring a smooth flow of promotional materials from the US to distribution centers. These tasks coincide with major releases of product, as such they are ad-hoc.

- Be legendary: practice excellence, improve on our legacy, create awesomeness.
- Build a well-rounded crew: inclusivity and diversity in both our teams and games.
- Delve into dungeons: embrace challenges with openness and creativity.
- Don’t split the party: agree or disagree but commit. Collaborate and have respect for each other.
- It takes a multiverse: we are driven by the lifelong satisfaction of our fans.
