**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team and work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in various primary schools across London.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting their academic and personal development.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students with SEN receive the necessary support.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN, including those with Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate with teachers, other support staff, and parents to ensure that students with SEN receive a comprehensive and inclusive education.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and engagement of all students.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and policies, including the SEND Code of Practice.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
