Job DescriptionASD Learning Support Assistant | Ribbons and Reeves Limited

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Psychology and a passion for working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with ASD and other SEN, promoting their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring that students with SEN receive equal access to education.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students with SEN.


Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with students with ASD and other SEN.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
