We are in search of a Non-Financial Risk Management Specialist to enhance our risk oversight initiatives. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring ongoing risk supervision for MGG and executing a comprehensive non-financial risk framework across the organization. You will collaborate with various business and corporate divisions within M&G and the M&G Risk Functions in both UK and international locations. Reporting directly to the Head of Non-Financial Risk in Asset Management, your contributions will be vital in pinpointing, evaluating, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business and corporate divisions to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks
  • Analyze incidents and Risk & Control Self-Assessments to rectify control deficiencies
  • Advise on risk management issues related to new products, services, and markets
  • Participate in various reviews and regulatory assessments
  • Collaborate closely with risk teams across international offices

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Proficient understanding of asset management and financial instruments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Capable of managing competing priorities and thriving in a team environment
  • High level of computer proficiency, with a preference for familiarity with GRC tools
