Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Just Nurses. As an agency RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  2. Develop and Implement Care Plans: Work with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  3. Administer Medications: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
  4. Offer Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, using evidence-based interventions to promote mental health and well-being.

Requirements:

  1. NMC Registration: Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) with a minimum of 6 months' validity.
  2. MAPA or PMVA Training: Must have completed MAPA or PMVA training and be able to demonstrate proficiency in these skills.
  3. Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  4. DBS and Occupational Health: Must be able to meet our framework compliance requirements, including DBS, Occupational Health, Clinical References, and an updated CV.
  5. Right to Work: Must be able to provide proof of your right to work within the UK.
