Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep of our properties to ensure they are safe and secure for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues and take corrective action.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including facilities management and customer services, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or related role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
