About the Role

We Are Adam is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Global team. As an integral member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in managing formal bid proposals and capability documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Oversee the entire proposal and presentation development process, ensuring that all members of the pursuit team are clear on expectations and deadlines.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, format, and proofread all proposal and presentation materials, leading red team reviews to guarantee high-quality outputs.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the preparation of additional deliverables related to new business opportunities, such as presentations and follow-up requests.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in preparation sessions for all opportunities, adhering to best practices.
  • Support to Senior Proposal Managers: Assist Senior Proposal Managers on larger bids.
  • Content Development: Contribute to the development of new content and support strategic firm initiatives as required.
  • Process Improvement: Utilise previous professional experience to identify and implement process improvements and best practices in business development and proposal management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Qualifications: APMP qualification is advantageous.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a proposal management environment.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organisational and effective time management skills. Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organisation, including senior executives, as well as cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; InDesign and desktop publishing skills are a plus. Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce.
