We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to join our team at Nouvita Limited. As a Hospital Administrator, you will provide exceptional support to our clinicians and wards, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to assigned clinicians and wards, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing medical reports.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings, HR investigations, and clinical governance.
- Develop and maintain filing and retrieval systems, ensuring patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Liaise with other secretaries and administrative staff, providing cover for leave and supporting team members as needed.
- Provide front-of-house cover and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Prioritize and efficiently organize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
