About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team at Nouvita Limited. As a Hospital Administrator, you will provide exceptional support to our clinicians and wards, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to assigned clinicians and wards, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing medical reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including minute-taking, data entry, and filing.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families, demonstrating empathy and kindness.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, prioritizing workload and managing competing demands.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company values and policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Full IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office programs and database systems.
