Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the care and support of children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Develop positive relationships with children and young people, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and supported.
  • Create and implement individualized care plans, setting boundaries and expectations to promote consistency and organization.
