XQ Technical is seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join our team. As a Composite Technician, you will be responsible for fitting, bonding, and assembling carbon components in accordance with engineering diagrams and assembly guidelines. Your expertise in trimming, fitting, and assembling composite components will be essential in ensuring the accurate assembly of composite parts and structures. You will also be responsible for performing visual and structural repairs on composite elements, constructing jigs and fixtures for assembly purposes, and performing structural bonding of components following company specifications. Key skills required for this role include trimming, fitting and assembling, bonding and joining, quality control, and repair work. If you have experience as a Composite Fitter or Trimmer in a Motorsport, F1, or High Technology Automotive sector, and are flexible on hours/shift patterns, we encourage you to apply.
