T-Level Work Placement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a T-Level Work Placement Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of industry placements for our students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, delivery, and evaluation of industry placements in Technology (Automotive, Engineering & Marine) and supporting the continued development of T Levels qualifications. This will involve close working with College staff, students, and employers to set up and implement systems and processes to meet the expectations set out by DfE and ESFA in relation to industry placements and T Levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of industry placements in Technology (Automotive, Engineering & Marine)
  • Support the continued development of T Levels qualifications
  • Work closely with College staff, students, and employers to set up and implement systems and processes
  • Maintain and develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support students to develop the behaviours and attitudes they need to succeed in their respective sectors
