We are seeking an individual with a passion for storytelling and a commitment to nurturing young minds.

At Grandir UK, we are currently in search of a Team Leader who holds a Level 3 qualification or higher in Early Years to join our management team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential leadership to our staff and uphold the highest standards of care and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and maintain high-quality standards within the nursery environment
  • Support and guide playroom staff in their daily responsibilities
  • Identify and address the individual training needs of team members
  • Allocate staff effectively to ensure that required standards are consistently met
  • Share responsibility for health, safety, and cleanliness within the facility
  • Ensure proper implementation of the nursery's keycarer procedures and appropriate allocation of children
  • Guarantee that nursery practices align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
  • Facilitate regular planning meetings
  • Provide professional feedback to parents and caregivers regarding their children
  • Promote the nursery to existing families and potential clients
  • Foster open and positive relationships with staff
  • Encourage all staff to maintain friendly and professional relationships with parents and caregivers
