About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Professional to join our team as an Early Years Trainer. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our Early Years apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Early Years apprentices in their nurseries and online to deliver training and support.
  • Use your industry knowledge and expertise to train the next generation of early years professionals.
  • Meet with apprentices to discuss their learning needs and provide feedback on their progress.
  • Support apprentices with their functional skills, including English and maths.
  • Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills and progress.
  • Develop relationships with employers in your area to ensure effective delivery of our training programs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience at Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager level.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar).
  • A good grasp of technology and administrative skills.
  • Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
