About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at RJC Group, specializing in Energy Trading. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions and working closely with our clients to understand their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with Front Office and Operations users to gather and document requirements and use cases.
  • Interpret business requirements and develop functional specifications and design documents, and effort estimates, then deliver solutions through user acceptance.
  • Partner with business and IT users to work as part of a diverse project team and be recognized as an Endur SME.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Openlink Endur, with an excellent understanding of commodities within the Energy space.
  • Proven experience of implementing Endur's bulk commodity logistics modules (cMotion).
  • Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes.
  • Understanding of software implementation and testing principles.
  • Working knowledge of more technical aspects of OpenLink such as OpenJVS, OpenComponents, SQL, Report Builder, is advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience of problem-solving & analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate experience of being proactive, independent, and being able to work effectively within and across analysis and delivery teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
