Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Field House. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in providing support and care to our residents. You will work from care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Engage residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and outings
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
