Support Worker
1 Waking Nights (additional opportunities available)

Hourly rate - £13.61 per hour

We are a small, supportive team at Discovery, caring for individuals with learning disabilities. Our goal is to empower those we support to live independently, feeling fulfilled and valued in their community. We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular 'keeping safe checks' to ensure the well-being of those we support.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Keep accurate records using IT systems, including support plans, incident logs, and health and safety records.
  • Create a calm, therapeutic environment for those we support.
  • Support individuals to make the most of their late evenings/nights.
  • Provide personal care when required.
