About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the Southeast Region. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of new business to deliver growth for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective waste solutions
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and revenue

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales
  • Experience in generating, managing, and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT-literate with experience in CRM systems
