Job Title: Spinal Injury Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spinal Injury Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. As a Spinal Injury Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our client to live independently and access the community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support our client to access the community and engage in activities
* Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation and personal care
* Provide emotional support and encouragement to our client
* Help our client to manage their emotional well-being and promote self-care
* Work collaboratively with our clinical lead nurse to ensure our client receives the best possible care

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic nature
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training & Background Checks:

* An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client
