Key Responsibilities:
  • Support our client to access the community and participate in activities that promote independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing personal care.
  • Engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise and relaxation techniques.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to our client, promoting a positive and empowering attitude.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical lead nurse and other healthcare professionals to ensure our client receives comprehensive care and support.
