We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Track Engineer to join our team at Colas Rail UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Alliance Lead Engineer Track for the planning and delivery of track renewals.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure technical compliance on all works, site and office.
- Ensure all works are undertaken in compliance with Contractual Specification and Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Undertake all technical aspects of works in compliance with Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- Review completed works to ensure 'Best Practice' and 'Lessons Learnt' activities are captured, recorded, and utilised in future work planning and execution.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of Track Renewal and Enhancement works.
- Undertake surveys, planning and programming of work, technical supervision on site, preparation of documents.
- Production of design drawings in accordance with contract specifications.
- Ensure all works undertaken are planned, installed, and tested in accordance with appropriate Network Rail Group and Line Standards.
- HNC in an Engineering discipline or working towards.
- Good communication and man management skills.
- PTS and COSS.
- Minimum of 4 years experience of a broad range of relevant Engineering fields.
