At Humand Talent, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for one of our most exciting product verticals.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, who can turn technical jargon into clear, compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and sales collateral
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to inform product marketing strategies
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product roadmaps
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Strategic mind with a knack for solving complex problems and executing winning strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills that can turn technical jargon into clear, compelling messaging
  • Results-driven mindset, with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Happy to work on a hybrid basis of 2x a week in office (Oxfordshire based)
