The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Equipment Installation Coordinator to join our team at UCC Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth installation of coffee machines for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to customers for arranging coffee machine installations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products.
- Collaborate with our sales team to process customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment requests and queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Work closely with internal teams to plan equipment allocations, ensuring optimal stock management and customer satisfaction.
- Review and analyze stock management data to ensure relevant coffee machine equipment is available to meet customer demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, ensuring system data is aligned and reliable.
- Assist the team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
