Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary customer-facing representative for all current and prospective residents, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Ensure an exemplary experience from initial inquiry through move-in and during residency, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Innovate to elevate standards, exploring opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction across all platforms, achieving set targets for occupancy, revenue, and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Manage resident contracting, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.
  • Oversee applicant checks, screening, and commercial risk management, maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and report maintenance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Manage the move-out process, including deposit release, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Participate in events and enhance resident experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Prior experience in letting or property management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Strong customer service background, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-related systems, such as Yardi/RentCafe.
