Position Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to become a key member of our team.

The successful candidate will possess experience in a QA technician capacity, ideally within the food production sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and safety of our offerings, adhering to regulatory standards, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and NCR (Non-Conformance) reporting
  • Perform routine quality and Food Safety inspections
  • Execute microbiological and allergen testing
  • Carry out microbiological product sampling
  • Conduct comprehensive quality assessments
  • Manage daily and weekly calibration tasks
  • Perform monthly audits of glass and plastic materials
  • Facilitate and participate in daily taste evaluations
  • Review production documentation for compliance
  • Handle administrative tasks, document management, and supplier approval
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives as necessary
  • Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by the Technical Manager

What You Bring:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in QA or manufacturing within a food environment is essential
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Preferably holds Food Safety Level 2 certification
  • Ideally trained in HACCP
  • Strong administrative skills and IT proficiency
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a compliance focus
