About the Role

Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled Mission Systems Enablement Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Through Life Services team, you will play a critical role in developing concept options for future mission enablement solutions for the Future Combat Air System Acquisition Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate mission systems and associated domain knowledge
  • Support the development of technology routemaps and demonstration options
  • Work collaboratively with the customer and partner base to deliver system of system solutions
Requirements
  • Systems engineering and engineering lifecycle experience
  • Knowledge of systems engineering methods and tools (e.g. UML/SysML, MoDAF, MOOD, Matlab)
  • Existing UK SC/DV clearance without caveats (or willingness to be put forward for these level of clearance as a condition of employment)
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working in an agile environment
  • Experience of managing engineers
  • Presentation skills
