About the Role:

Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Aerospace Weight Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting weight and balance calculations for aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to optimize weight distribution for aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weight and balance calculations for aircraft systems
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to aircraft weight limits
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize weight distribution for aircraft components
  • Perform weight analysis for modifications or upgrades to existing aircraft
  • Generate weight reports and documentation for certification purposes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in weight engineering within the aerospace industry
  • Strong understanding of aircraft weight regulations and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering
  • Professional certification in weight engineering
