Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior management with support, advice, and assurance on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.
  • Advise and support managers to ensure work activities are carried out correctly and safely.
  • Lead on coaching and advising senior leaders and managers on health, safety, and wellbeing best practices.
  • Develop and deliver online and quality external training courses to support continuous improvement in health, safety, and wellbeing performance.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure robust measuring and monitoring of health, safety, and wellbeing performance.
  • Advise on and interpret project contractual and statutory requirements related to health, safety, and wellbeing obligations.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships to achieve business targets.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in health, safety, and wellbeing management.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
