Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Health and Safety professional to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure project in the Midlands. You will have the chance to shape health and safety performance within the business and its supply chain, managing a small team of Health and Safety professionals to deliver a cultural shift in the organization and its supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of Health and Safety professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to influence policy making and champion the health and safety function.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree or NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety.
  • Membership of a recognized engineering or safety professional body.
  • Proven experience in health and safety management, with a strong understanding of CDM2015.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and client/external interface skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
