Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on LCV vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets our high standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Level 3 qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- Current and full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes
- Ability to identify worn and faulty components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical experience in a workshop environment
- Ability to use Keyloop/Kerridge modules
- Good administrative knowledge and attention to detail
