**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel valued and supported throughout their homebuying journey
* Stay informed about build progress and attend development team meetings to ensure seamless communication
* Showcase our thoughtfully-designed homes to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
* Visit customers after they've moved in to ensure they're happy and address any concerns

**What We're Looking For:**

* Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and make key decisions
* Knowledge of the homebuilding industry is desirable but not essential
