Job Title: Facilities Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Assistant to join our team at Leigh Academies Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estates Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Estates Team with daily tasks, including minor repairs, maintenance, and porterage duties.
- Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring the health and safety and security of our academy premises.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Trustworthy and reliable with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
