Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to work on a variety of tasks, including control panel maintenance, lighting and emergency lighting testing, and HVAC plant maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair control panels, lighting systems, and emergency lighting systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC plant, including air handling units and fan coil units
- Conduct small installations, fault-finding, and lamp changing
- Test and maintain fire alarm systems
- Perform general plumbing maintenance, including unblocking toilets and changing taps
- Service and repair pressurisation units and UPS systems
- Qualified in an electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3
- General building services skills and experience with PPMs on commercial systems
- Steady and progressive work history
- Experience working on large-scale building services applications
We offer a competitive salary of £47,500+bonus, with overtime available. Our company provides a generous benefits package, including private healthcare and a pension scheme.
