Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to work on a variety of tasks, including control panel maintenance, lighting and emergency lighting testing, and HVAC plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair control panels, lighting systems, and emergency lighting systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC plant, including air handling units and fan coil units
  • Conduct small installations, fault-finding, and lamp changing
  • Test and maintain fire alarm systems
  • Perform general plumbing maintenance, including unblocking toilets and changing taps
  • Service and repair pressurisation units and UPS systems
Requirements:
  • Qualified in an electrical discipline with certificates equivalent to level 3
  • General building services skills and experience with PPMs on commercial systems
  • Steady and progressive work history
  • Experience working on large-scale building services applications
