Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Efficiently manage customer claims and inquiries.
- Address both internal and external customer questions through various communication methods, ensuring thorough assessments in line with our protocols.
- Meet departmental objectives and expectations in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively address potential issues that may arise between customers and depots.
- Offer effective solutions to problems and follow up with relevant departments with a positive attitude.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a customer service position within a comparable environment.
- Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger customer service team.
- Proficient in resolving complex customer inquiries while prioritizing the end-user experience.
- Familiarity with databases and information management systems in a customer-centric context, including reporting and KPI oversight, is advantageous.
