In this role, you will report directly to the Customer Service Team Leader and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Efficiently manage customer claims and inquiries.
  • Address both internal and external customer questions through various communication methods, ensuring thorough assessments in line with our protocols.
  • Meet departmental objectives and expectations in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively address potential issues that may arise between customers and depots.
  • Offer effective solutions to problems and follow up with relevant departments with a positive attitude.
  • Identify and report any processes that may lead to a negative customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly targets and strive for first-contact resolutions whenever possible.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in a customer service position within a comparable environment.
  • Strong communication skills across various levels of the organization, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger customer service team.
  • Proficient in resolving complex customer inquiries while prioritizing the end-user experience.
  • Familiarity with databases and information management systems in a customer-centric context, including reporting and KPI oversight, is advantageous.
